- Client/User needs to understand that accounting and compliances depends completely upon the nature of business, processes adopted by the client/user and applicability of regulations. Account Bazaar act only as Service Agent.
- Timely Completion of the work is possible only if details/information/documents are provided on time to the Account Bazaar by the Client/User.
- Account Bazaar shall work with due care but Account Bazaar shall not be responsible for rejections of the approval, registrations etc by the statutory authorities for reasons beyond the control of the Account Bazaar.
- Account Bazaar has made its best attempt to give check list of documents/information/details required based on its experience and present regulations in place and Account Bazaar reserves the right to ask for more details from the client/user if necessity arises.
- Client/User has to bear the Taxes, Govt Fees, Stamp Duties etc separately and it is not included in the fee of Account Bazaar.
- Fee is excluding applicable GST @ 18%. The Client/User shall deduct TDS at 10% of the Bill Amount (Bill Amount excludes GST Amount) if applicable to them and pay the balance on time to the Account Bazaar.
- Client/User has to bear the Travelling, Lodging and Boarding expenses of the professionals in case work involves travelling beyond the city limits of the local professionals.
- Account Bazaar shall not be made responsible for any future notices for inquiry, scrutiny, assessments, audits, inspections, verifications, discrepancies etc from any statutory authorities in connection with work performed by the Account Bazaar. Such notices if any may be handled by the Account Bazaar (if assigned to the Account Bazaar) for additional fee as mutually agreed between the Client/User and Account Bazaar.
- Service Deadline is mentioned in some cases only to ensure speeder response and accountability. Account Bazaar reserves the right to extend its service deadline if the situation demands.
- Account Bazaar reserves the right to change its fee structure as and when situation demands.
- Client/User shall not be eligible for refund of the fee or advance amount if work has already been started or performed by the Account Bazaar.
- Account Bazaar reserves the right to reject the user/client’s order if user/client is non cooperative and not paying the Account Bazaar’s fee amount on time.
- User/Client shall not contact the professionals of the Account Bazaar directly otherwise through Account Bazaar. If such instances are noticed, Account Bazaar reserves the right to reject the order of the client/user and waive off the advance amount already paid by the Client/User and levy suitable penalty to the client/user if situation demands.
- Any disputes, suits, complaints, litigations, claims or any other matter arising out of or in relation to this Agreement/Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Bengaluru (Karnataka).
Refund & Cancellation Policies:
1.User/Client is advised not to cancel the order for services unless there are genuine and serious reasons for doing so.
2.User/Client should write to following Email ID: manager@accountbazaar.in for cancellation with genuine reasons before Account Bazaar starts the assignment and send his/her Bank Details for refund. Account Bazaar's Manager will review the cancellation request and refund the amount received against particular service within reasonable time after deducting cancellation fee @ 20% of Fee (after adjusting taxes).
